Tue, 05/21/2019 - 22:36

The Cincinnati CPCU Society Chapter held its 37th Annual Charity Golf Outing on May 13th at the Blue Ash Golf Course. This event is held to raise funds for educational financial assistance in the form of $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors and currently enrolled college students who are immediately related (including spouses) to Chapter members. These students excel in academics, community service activities and school-related activities. In addition, the students were required to submit an essay describing a time when they made a meaningful contribution to others in which the greater good was their focus. They also were asked to explain the challenges and rewards of making their contribution. The Cincinnati CPCU Society Chapter awarded five scholarships this year.
