The Cincinnati Chapter CPCU invites its members and guests to share fun, food and prizes at its 32nd Annual Golf Outing.

Blue Ash Golf Course
The golf format will be a 4-person scramble. Each golfer will be given two drink tickets. A cookout dinner will be served immediately following the scramble with prizes awarded after dinner. Prizes will be given to the winning team, longest-drive and closest-to-the-pin. Door prizes will also be awarded.
Challenge Cup Trophy
This is an annual traveling trophy. The intent is to have companies or agencies sponsor a team for an additional $10 per team. The winning team will receive a $100 cash prize and have their names engraved on the trophy for posterity! This prize is separate from the usual prizes. All teams vying for the Challenge Cup Trophy that do not win it are still eligible for the standard prizes. This additional $10 will be collected at the course for those teams that want to participate.
Although primarily a social event, the outing will also be a fundraiser for the CPCU Scholarship Fund. Each golfer will have the opportunity to join the fundraising effort. Enter both "split the pot" competitions of longest-drive and closest-to-the-pin for a combined entrance fee of $10. We will also be selling "mulligans" for $5 each to replace any shot, including putts (but not as a second attempt to win longest-drive or closest-to-the-pin). Participation is optional, and donations for these contests will be collected at the course.
The cost per player is $80. There is a discounted fee of $70 for Retired CPCUs and 2014 New Designees.
The registration fee includes greens fees, cart, $5.00 golf merchandise credit, two beverage tokens and cookout dinner.
You may register your own foursome or ask us to fit you in with others.
REGISTRATION NOTE: To register a foursome, please have one person register the entire foursome, you will need the e-mail address for each person in your foursome.
Hole Sponsor = $200
Golf Ball Sponsor = $400
Dinner Sponsor = $500
The shotgun start is 1:00 p.m. Recommended arrival time is 11:30 a.m. for check-in.
