Continuing Education - October 29, 2009

Business Income Seminar - 2009

The six hour intermediate seminar is designed for all insurance personnel. It will review and analyze time element coverages and exposures. This course will review business income and extra expense coverage. Topics covered are: direct vs. indirect loss, coverage, declarations, definitions, insuring agreements, manufacturing vs. Mercantile risks, perils and cause of loss, limits of liability, coinsurance, extra expense, resumption of operations, ordinary payroll, and business income endorsement. Emphasis will be placed on the 2009 ISO changes.

This seminar will be presented by John Eubank, CPCU. John is one of the leading instructors in this country. He is known for his outstanding and dynamic seminars. He routinely conducts seminars for various insurance organizations across this country.

The seminar will be held at Ohio Casualty/ Liberty Mutual, 9450 Seward Road, Fairfield, OH 45014 on October 29, 2009
